Transparency is an indication of fair business practice.
Since 2016 all cash-equivalent benefits (transfers of value) in connection with training or continuing education events, any other unilateral benefits and any benefits granted to members of the health professions or health organisations on the basis of reciprocal agreements are published in an annual list on the website of the countries concerned. The publication complies with the statutory regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and current national data protection legislation.
